Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

What are you using to calculate LBRY earnings?

This calculator (http://miningspeed.com/list/lbryhash.php) says that a 1070 on private miner at 320mh/s would earn $2.13.

This calculator (https://www.whattomine.com/coins/164-lbc-lbry) says the same card and miner would earn $2.55.

In my experience, my results are about 10% lower than what whattomine is reporting.

$3.05 is way too high for a 1070 on that miner from my own experience. And LBRY is dropping price.

whattomine average day diff acepted

10% lower because pools fee x10 for LBRY and x10-x30 for ETH realy Smiley

Maybe a noob question, but what do you mean with free miner and paid. The speed change is not significant so i guess the free, open source? miner will do?

Let me know please.

Over 10% speed increase "not significant". You are right about the noob part.

My list of 43(+3) reviewed Bitcoin forks | You don't have to download the pre-fork blockchain again for each fork! | Beware of fraudulent AWS accounts sellers and dangerous edu AWS codes! + My personal list of legit sellers and scammers | Never publicly reveal your btc addresses, ownership or any other details and stay very far away from anybody who asks you to! | The general rule of safe buying is: if the seller is a newbie, with no reputation, with no topic nor trust feedback, offering no vouches and/or selling from a locked or self-moderated topic and unwilling to go first or use escrow => AVOID. Always check the trust feedback first and make sure that you have enabled "Show untrusted feedback by default" in "Profile / Forum Profile Information".

If you see whatToMine, Nicehash-Ethash (DaggerHashimoto Algorithm) is sometime more profitable than Ethereum direct mining.
How is it possible ?

Been wondering that myself lately. Someone must have been slow on reducing price for their nicehash orders.
In general nicehash algo should always be lower than top coin for that algo.

Started today, since I have shitty micron memory I've actually underclocked it a little to make it 100% stable. I'm getting 31 MHz on Vert.

its not significant at all but the fact is also that a speed increase of 10% is not a lot and also not really worth it in my eyes..

I have to be honest, its okay but also not very good, I think that you should keep it up so long its profitable these days.
The amount is okay but the stability is also indeed very important too.
