Its Time to take Stand about nonsense and poor knowledge and foolish campaign manager, there is a lot of foolish and poor knowledge campaign manager they have no knowledge about the rule of this forum and they do not know that how manage a campaign and lets join my my group with bravely and beat him badly , i think these type manager want to destroy signature campaign and destroying this forum , let make  a power against him.

Well i think you are out of your mind posting this shit here. Campaign Managers here are doing great job and are respected by all the Members of this Forum. They have done hard work and due to this reason ,every new campaign wish to hire them and not try for a new campaign manager.

I believe he is right and everyone has his right to say or express his feelings . I also agree with him as there are some campaign managers not doing their job properly and can not figure out why do they mismanage things . However the OP made me smile when I read this . I think building a group is not going to help us out , however someone had to take an initiative and I appreciate this .

1. yes op has the right to express his feelings but he is wrong. attacking  someone without proper reason is wrong, although op didnot mention the manager's name specifically.
2. if you know some managers who are not doing their work properly then you should mention their name also. lol. let us also know  who is that manager. btw, i think that you were also kicked out  from a campaign by some manager  in the past, so you are posting like this. anyway, you are free to prove me wrong.

well OP didn't mentioned the manage's names in this thread but in his previous posts. I saw he have problems with Yahoo and SFR10.
I think his account got rejected from their campaign because of low quality posts. now he want to ruin their reputation. but he may don't know these guys gain that trust after hard work of years.. it can;t be  vanished in 1 day. and without any valid reason

No,it's not.From the people I had known over years,no campaign manager is actually dependent on the signature management earnings.They do it because they can.No one finds pleasure in sitting front of the computer for 8 hours reading the series of opinions (and shit posts).

Unfortunately there are very few signature campaigns that are run by a bot like Yobit, Bitmixer and now deceased (yeah a bad term but I like to use it) Coinsbank signature. These signature have of course managers that they watch the users, I am specifically talking about Yobit here run by Hilarious and co which he removes non english speakers, one liners and spammers. A great job in my view. However he didn't do the selection as the process was automatic, every user was accepted and if he was good he continued, if he did one of the three things named above he would get removed real quick from Hilariousandco the manager of the campaign. This is how a good manager must behave, give a chance to every one on trail and without any mercy to remove those who are not fit. This is not personal, its just business, if you can promote the brand well they will keep you, if you do more harm then good then they will ban or kick you out of the campaign.

I want to add to what others have said, have you even tried to manage a campaign before? then you will also understand that they are doing a great job by putting their names and reputation on the line. BUt if you have grudge against anyone I suggest you take it up with him and not generalise... My humble opinion...

There is no right way to manage a signature campaign, as they aren't regulated. To think otherwise is very stupid.

- What are the selection criteria / how much important past post history

It varies every campaign, and depends on the manager. Spam campaigns like YoBit and secondstrade won't care about past post history. Generally, they look for members with a good post quality though.

- How a spread sheet must be maintained

Again, there is no right way to maintain a spreadsheet. Does the manager of the campaign not manage it the "right?" way? Join a different campaign.

- Why trail basis are not given commonly

If you were the owner of a restaurant and needed to hire cooks, would you rather hire one that has good experience already, or would you hire one that might not cook very well, or has no experience? Would you be even willing to risk hiring a really bad cook? Probably not.

- Why some threads are marked as spam and why some sections are is not included regardless of gambling /altcoin campaigns but for same campaign manager.

Because those threads are basically people echoing each other, and has no value. Some sections aren't included since they probably aren't good for advertising, or have spam. Would a fully english dice site want to advertise in the French section? No. If you ran a restaurant business, you would want to advertise to people who eat at restaurants, not people who insist on cooking everyting at home. Again, if you don't like the terms, don't join.

There are many campaigns to chose from. If you don't like a campaign manager or how it is managed, simply don't join the campaign. Most people that complain are probably those rejected from good campaigns because they have bad post quality.
