Got a new prepaid visa with $60 loaded.  Can only be loaded in person at Canada Post locations; but no more before I get the personalized one.

If anybody wants the current card # send me a PM

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

$60 to cover the cost of the initial load.  The card itself was 15$ + "balance"  but I'm not planning on mailing it to anybody

So,how much balance the card exactly has ? Is it $60 or $15 ?
Or you will be going to post office and busying a card for the buyer ?

The card balance is $60.  For now I only want the equivalent of that.  I would have to have a discussion with somebody before considering to allow them to reload a card over the long-term in my happenstance.
