It seems they are blocking new invites but what I can do is register an account via my method you just have to provide me an email and password.

This is still up for grabs  grab your privacy.com account as invites are broken and I doubt it will be open to public anytime soon. |

Have you tried registering them? I always seem to get invite code invalid or already used even though it says that I have been granted early access. |

Yeah I am still able to make accounts privacy changed now and I think for the better as I came back to it and started using it again. |
