This is probably the highest of sites I have so far offering this service. I guess I will have to try this out and attempt to make some coins...

It is up to $6.6 not fixed to $6.6. They pay actually $6.6 for 1000 Australia views. Lowest is $0.20.

to high really for a url shortener service and for that long threshold to withdraw i think it can annoy users and might not gonna use this service anymore, and seems theres no people has already yet completed their task nor get some withdrawal here since i don't see anyone claiming that they get some good withdrawals on this service,

@OP maybe you should minimize such things so this site will buff, and maybe this will be the reason so u can get more site users.

No one provides same rate for all countries they differ a lot from country to country. Its same with other URL shortner services as well. There are many URL shortners who provides payment in bitcoin but they have rates lower than this.

I don't see him nowaday's he's not updating this thread since before maybe he just drop off this site and let it run on his own since maybe he only got little user on his site, and also i experience those captcha doesn't working when i try to use it, so for now i really think this site service is already dead or just been abandone by the owner since the site don't have any sign of running good and no payment proof so far in this thread.
