So I purchased one of installmans dedicated servers with the request for a special OS and I am not disappointed with the results. I got a fast connection with minimal lag and latency, killer specs everything you would need for a good windows VPS and all for a very low price I don't think you can get it any cheaper elsewhere.

Uhmmm vmware isn't available, but you can install it on your own through ipmi (only for dedicated servers)
