whether scrypt altcoin can mine by itself?
it I made an altcoin in scrypt, and I put it on the node, the scrypt will mine by itself by some simple setting? thanks

You have to explain in detail do you mean by creating POS coin in scrypt? if yes than with some balance in your wallet, it can create new coins depending upon network setting and your percentage share of stocked coins with global stocks.

You need 2 nodes - on one or both set gen=1 in the .conf file - once they sync then they will mine. If there are other nodes on the internet then make sure your at least 1 of your nodes can connect via internet otherwise you will just split to a useless blockchain and will be wasted work.
