Maybe a MLM altcoin, lol, I don't know, there are so many eth projects want to raise money on ICO. They are greedy devs.

After looking at the site, I'm not sure if you could consider this a lotto, since it just seems more like the start of a new altcoin (Kibo Tokens) combined with some lottery aspects.
I'd be careful to say the least.
