As the title says what I need. Something reloadable please. I need a VCC to verify my adwords account. They must really work. If there is a seller, I will be buying on bulk. Let me know.
Again, cards must be reloadable. It should have at least $15 balance.

By ecoin you mean ecoin.eu? No, it's not that, he means e-coin which is known now as wirex and they offer virtual and plastic bitcoin debit cards. Since you want a vcc that is reloadable then you can deposit bitcoin whenever you want and convert them to usd using though VCC. |
