You can find them in the trading section of this forum, but unless you have a history of trades on these forums you should use escrow - there are a lot of scammers out there. If you are a seller, it is hard to prove the gift cards were bought from a legitimate source and as a buyer you are at risk if the gift card was obtained fraudulently.

Purse.io is another option. You buy stuff on Amazon for other people with your gift cards and you get bitcoins. The cost can be up to 20%, though.

I have an amazon gitfcard balance of $34, tried selling on Purse.io, saw the discount was as high as 45%, I withdrew instantly.

I've observed it's easier selling giftcard codes than giftcard balance.

Don't really know where to sell the balance at a good price.
