Would You Choose $50K Value Paid as Bitcoin, Gold or New Corvette

Gold is too cumbersome and problematic to move, it's useless.
A Corvette is a liability, it will only make you send more in expenses and repairs.
Bitcoin will only go up long term.

Exactly. It is more a nature of simplicity and ease of access.
Both gold and car will loose on that field with bitcoins. Car will loose value faster than One can say abracadabra and gold is heavy, hard to transport and may turn few heads at you.
Actually the only reasonable option is crypto. So damn easy and fluid. That's why we like it.

50k worth of gold is only about 39 ounces,
a little more than a kilo or two pounds
You could easily have that in a brick or two so its not like it would be hard to move physically.
If you had a good safe or something the gold would be fine.

I voted for Bitcoin but the poll is not completely tell all.  If I owned 50K and not one other cent more, I would have voted for Gold.  I don't think the upside for Gold is as strong as Bitcoin could be.  However; there is almost no chance that Gold will ever go bust!  I took the poll to indicate what I would do with a 50K windfall, taking into account where I already stand in life.  If I only had this windfall to gamble with I wouldn't risk my family's safety on Bitcoin.  I do believe in BTC and I am investing quite a some of money (for me), but not enough where if I lost it all I'ld be in trouble.

It just depends on the people needs if that is just wanna for storing them I think gold is better compared with another and if the people is wanna for growing the amount the bitcoin has become a best option for that.

the car is a bit tempting to me so i may choose that. but if i am thinking more about the money and future and the profit, i would choose bitcoin instead of the two others. besides i can still buy a good car with far less money.

I would personally be willing to take the risk and get the $50k in Bitcoin, however depending on my financial situation I would be willing to consider taking it in gold if I was in a really poor economic position. I would be interested in taking on some of the risk that comes with a Bitcoin investment, and having something like $50k in Bitcoin might be an interesting experiment to see how sweaty my palms would get before I bailed out and just took cash. It would definitely be something fun to do to be honest.

$50k in bitcoin and it's not even close. Bitcoin has more potential to increase in value compared to the other two choices. One is an overrated piece of shit and the other is just a car. That was a joke, btw. Although Corvettes are indeed the most overrated pieces of shit Chevrolet makes if you ask me.

Well ,I no doubt voted bitcoin in any cases even i have more money ,i can use it for some many things ,daily needs and investment.$50k value as paid in bitcoin is to big amount so this amount which i would rather invest small amount ,take risk for it to grow .
If i voted Gold it will not satisfy my needs maybe i would sell it .
A Corvette its just a luxury i would rather need to have any Ordinary quality car that can make me travel point to point destination.

In some point i can buy a Gold ,and A new Corvette if i can make $50k to grow in double or triple .
Some people will voted Gold or Corvette depends on their life status .

I would choose getting paid this amount ($50k) as Bitcoin, instead Gold or Corvette, because i believe Bitcoin have the most potential value in the long run and i can get good profit this way

I wouldn't even have to think twice about it, I'd take the 50k USD amount in bitcoin. Neither of the other two options have the potential to increase in value as much or as quickly as bitcoin.

I've zero interest in gold. Corvette? Hmm, if it was a ZR1 then I'd probably go for that, thrash it for a few months and then sell the wreckage for Bitcoin. Time to have some fun for once.

if i win $50K then i wouldn't mind getting it in any form and i would be so happy so i wouldn't be able to thing straight but i doubt that i ever choose the Corvette!

but if i get my head straight i would only choose bitcoin as it has the best potential and value for me. so i can win even more in the future if the price goes higher.

I'm glad that people did not get fooled by the Corvette. Bitcoin is a value-gaining asset. Buy today and wake up rich a decade or two, while at this time your Corvette, except if awesomely taken care of, will be valueless.

Let's see :
Bitcoin : Can be sold for fiat or spend it for many things, also the process is simple
Gold : Must be sold for fiat if you need fiat and there's long wait time to sell gold.
Corvette : Can lost it's value over time and can broke, also the tax and risks of stolen.

So, i think i would choose $50k of bitcoin.

I think everyone would do the same unless someone is really fond of gold and he loves its shape or something, because bitcoin is the only thing that can earn you a lot of profits even in one day sometimes and by trading you can double your coins in just a month or so if you know how to manage your trades.

without a doubt bitcoin. a few quick reasons per option.

bitcoin - because i am a firm believer of the potential that this piece of technology has. and i also believe that we at some point will break through the current ath again.

gold - not a bad option at all, but i can't see the price of gold double in value at all unless there is an economical crash or something.

new corvette - as soon as you have the car, the value has decreased significantly already. plus here you have to pay a heft tax every quarter. and if bitcoin breaks through the current ath, then i can buy even more than just 1 corvette.

This is bitcoin forum, no doubt that most folks vote for btc, if it is a car forum, the result will be corvette.  The view of mine is that bitcoin is a good for money storage, like gold, but gold can't rise the price siginificantly, doesn't like btc. Car is a comsuption. The worst choice. I prefer Lambo.
