You could buy an amazon gift card with btc, they are usually offered here on bitcointalk or on bitify (see my sig). Always use escrow with your trades!

I've got $500 amazon.com physical gift card from walgreen with cash receipt...I need $440 btc in exchange. Escrow only pls! I also have $280 Amazon.ca  giftcard bought with cash at shoppers drug store... I want $240 btc for that.
