Looks like this is true better to get all your funds their its a scam site.. better to go in well know site here in our forum..
Honestly i never tried to gamble a big amount there before but i just tried it with small amount and never win.. i heard many problems about that site thats why i stop to gamble there..

It maybe technical issue or there is a bug which showing this error of insufficiant fund, if you are facing this problem from a long time you must open Scam Accusations to let know other people to avoid this site for gambling, link of this board is give below and if you had this issue recently than you must give some time to the support to sort out this one.

Better to wait for more hours and lets see what will they say about your issue. Based on what you said, it should be a bug on their site and you should get your missing funds.

there are so many scams going around especially in the new sites,so you have to be extra careful in the beginning especially when you have such big amounts to deposit. just choose the good and old sites to gamble and always search for their feedbacks.

I am interested to know more details about this issue how long you are suffering from this issue, better you should wait for minimum 24 hours before to make any kind of post against them, although there is some unresolved scam accusations against but you have to wait to get response from official person.

You are mistaken that bitcasino is a new site. There has so much accusation on their site and still people keep falling on their trap. Gamble at reputable site is really helpful but not all people can really make some decent profit there, thats why some of them really get out from save zone to gamble on new site, which is lead them into winning but can't even withdraw it
