Bitcoin Still Has More Buyers Than Sellers (And That's All That Really Matters)

More buyers than sellers, consistent headline coverage, new announcements: these are just some of the reasons why, despite volatility introduced to the market by a recent Bitfinex hack, the Bitcoin price remains stalwart and should have no problem taking out previous highs within 1,000 days.

It may look like that as the price seems fairly "strong", but the reality shows that liquidity in the buy side of the orderbooks is very thin. Even that thin, that major players actually prefer to sell in small numbers, or to wait with selling, instead of dumping the price down. Long time before the block halving the market has been dealing with selling pressure. That has not changed, even now.

Yeah, bitcoin has come to stay, more and more people are seeing this and joining the train. This trend will keep increasing until bitcoin goes mainstream.
