I was thinking to get some traffic for his trial to getting knowledge his traffic is legitimate or not.If Traffic is Anonymous for trial I can loose my adsense account.You need to provide source of traffic,if you hide the source of traffic am also not interested to get your free trial.

Yes it will be counted as impressions because the visitors are real.
Also it's not against the TOS of AdSense.
