- Safe marketplace (Safe Escrows and middle men)
- Currency System (purchase stocks, upgrades etc rewarded based on posts you make)

- No need to completely move, but if wanting to start fresh, possibly learn new things from members who aren't part of bitcointalk, and be part of another crypto community, then why not?

- There is never a 100% failproof method of not getting scammed, however, trusted middlemen can help a safe deal if used

OP, you should reconsider #2. Your site has a great theme. That's a good difference in my opinion.
