it is all about self control and i don't really understand why people keep saying gambling addiction. i have been gambling and i have all my finances under strict control and i have never been addicted to anything.

i also find it easy to do all this and there is no point in quitting something that i enjoy.

i know that i sound like someone in denial but looking back at my stats, like the amount of money that i have spent on the casinos and the amount that i have earned after all this time i feel i am in a good place.

that is for people which have strict control to theirself but for people which don't have it, its so difficult to try. they need to try over and over before they can feel the benefits. for people which don't have addicting in gambling, they can easy to begin a new life and quit gambling, but for people which is addicted gambling, its really hard to start a new life and they really need to be helped by other people.

This is because gambling is not part of your life. There is some gamblers who have been exposed to gambling since young. The habit is already within them and it is hard for them to stay away from gambling because their mindset will constantly drift towards gambling.

You will know that you have to quit gambling once you notice a lot of loss of money in your bank account. In that case, gambling isn't helpful to you anymore and you should quit it right away. It might be hard at first but with the help of the people around you, you will improve little by little.

I am agree with you, if we have a big amount and we have no problem to use the money in gambling, than definitely we have no problem to quit the gambling. Gambling is not a bad way, it give us fun and entertainment, and if we play gambling for fun, than it become good thing for us, so i think no one is here who want to quit the good think.

that is certainly true, but I think everyone who does gambling definitely has trouble in life or their economy. so gambling is the place for those who could not fix the problem, so they go looking for a place that can eliminate the problem

I appreciate whatever you mentioned at start of this thread about gambling. That is beautiful piece of writing but I am fully satisfied by my current life as I know how to manage everything. I am gambling on regular basis on different sports events but believe after 4 years of gambling activities still all is well for me. Gambling is part of life to learn and earn different things.

We can not apply anything generally as everything has different situation. Gambling has no exception some people are playing for entertainment and fun whereas some getting living out of gambling. When you see something is not working for you including gambling should quit. I don't feel need of having any change in my life so I will keep continuing with gambling like before. Your advice is good for some people and they should listen to you.

The problem is who really needs to quit gambling they are not ready to do so. Addicted gamblers are not ready to accept at first that they have ruined their lives because they do believe that one day when luck will be at peak can win some huge money. That's why whenever an addicted gambler will receive money will go straight to casino always. Some people really should take in consideration whatever op said and I do agree with many comments here.

i think it depend on the nature of the person, as i am not playing gambling as we have no such facilities for girls gambling, but perhaps i was playing gambling i would never quit it as it will be an essential part of my life and i will like to continue it but in a limit and not out of limit.

Gambling is always risky and its better to know that before start gambling and i think many fail to know this risk on starting phase. As well as controlling over gambling is better than trying to completely stop gambling. It is always fun to play some time like once a week or month with small bet size which you can afford to loss.

yeah in essence, if you want to play gambling, you must be prepared to accept any loss or play with money can afford to lose. but if you are already gambling and already getting results and impacts that are bad for you, better quit and start a new life.

We all know gambling is not good and it has bad consequences most of the times. If you play limited gambling and stick to your plan and have self control to not keep playing in case of loosing it isn't bad. Gambling is good way to learn some experience and to understand the feeling when someone loose. I am not very careful person and play bets of mbtc because can't afford loosing. If win what happened sometimes good if not don't take it personal and move ahead. It is risky and can loose this is what I keep in mind before start playing each time.

Its a common thing that we  would quit directly if we lose  such amount  or  we dont have money anymore but  when at time that we  have money to spend for surewe would keep still playing  until we lose it all. Quiting gambling would not  be easy  especially if  you are already get addicted in to it.
