I think its quite decent because other like coinurl pay only 25-60 satoshi per click.

But we have increased our SPV (Satoshi Per View) to 125!

careful, i am just making a comment and giving a little warning, not being mean.  adf.ly can ban your account and i have seen it done if you actively pay for traffic across a site where you placed their ads.  while you could argue the fact that bitcoin is not yet fully considered currency, they won't care or listen and even lock down the IP address you signed up from
