How can you say that I'm a responsible person and strong in controlling myself even not knowing me personally or within a short period of time? That's simply me and I'm just telling the fact about my attitude. Everyone is weak in terms of controlling themselves and with starting in gambling, we became addicted immediately because it's our first try.

I am not addicted to game , how am i telling is that i use to do only sports betting and only on that matches which i have my full calculation and confidence of winning it. apart from that i use to play poker but everything is in limit. I have allotted time to play so that i should not become addictive to play gambling. whether loss or profit i will getup as soon as my allotted time is finish.

In my own personal opinion, i am not addicted to gambling because i can control myself when i play or i gamble. i only gamble if i am bored at home and to remove all my stress at work because gambling is a good for entertainment and a good stress reliever. Even i lose a lot of money.

Gambling helped me relieve stress, but I don't really have any urge to gamble when I have nothing to do. And, I also think that gambling is created for entertainment.

You should be careful for that occasional gambling activity, because some people I heard of they make those activities became more successive and eventually being addicted to gambling lucky profits. I know it's one way of socializing, but you can make it just an occasional just to prove that you've been part of the social activities of other gamblers. If we have nothing to do, then we can start other fun activities like for our fitness activities for health purposes, engaging athletic sport or some sort of family bonding. There's a lot more to divert all those activities in order to prevent of being addicted with gambling.

If a person is able to control himself in gambling then I can say he is not addicted.  Maybe hooked but not addicted since addiction shows uncontrolled urges and when in the game session mostly he is carried away and never stop playing until all his bankroll is depleted and keep on deposting until  he has nothing left.  The sign of controll in betting and bankroll means you are not addicted.

I think this is similar to those people that start drinking or smoking socially and then they lose control of it until they no longer do it socially and begin to drink and smoke because they need it, we need to be careful of doing stuff like that just to belong since you may become addicted to gambling even if at the beginning you do it to socialize.

Although I play gambling but I do not think if I was a gambling addict, maybe because I can still control myself in gambling and I never constantly play gambling, if I win I know when to stop and if I lose I can still control myself and I just think clearly so as not to receive a lot of loss and stop before it's all gone.
