I can buy a small amount in btc, I will need about $60 - $80 later today and I don't mind paying the escrow fee.

I can buy a small amount in btc, I will need about $60 - $80 later today and I don't mind paying the escrow fee.

Escrow can't really help the seller when Paypal can be charged back even after 180 days after the payment has been made. Never deal with Paypal to Bitcoin or vice versa unless a really high trusted member like BayareaCoin or DannyHamilton and a few others.
