The question is, how are you going to stop them... there is no legal way to stop the banks from using Blockchain based technologies. There

is nobody with intellectual property rights or patents on Blockchain technology. The only way to stop them, is not to use their technology,

but they will make sure, you have to use their technology, because they will get the backing of their governments. So we are once again

stuck with them.  Angry

In my country banks are also interested to use blockchain techology and want to.implement it in their business. But at the same time they are ignoring Bitcoin, some of them even hate it, I could say. I'm not sure wheter is good or bad that banks are interested in blockchain technology and how this will reflect on.us  and on Bitcoin at the end.

Banks will always remain against bitcoin but they will try to use blockchain tech to just change the form of traditional electronic cash in future. THe coins bank will issue will be the centralized one for sure and they also will not provide any anonymity. Even one day when banks came up with their own crypto backed by real fund, people will keep using bitcoin more than those centralized coins.
