You could let all know if this account has already a staked adress, and if its present at any signature, the price sounds too good to be true but well there is a lot people interested into signatures and spots are limited.
Price is normal and not too good to be true. Regarding limited signature spaces if you have checked the service section lately a lot of new signatures popping up there and one of them was perfect because it had automatic enrollment and not manual with a manager to approve or disapprove you. What I want to say is that price is normal and even if it's not in a signature you can always join a new one.
