this is a very interesting thought,since the next Olympics is in japan,i am sure that most of the people will be using one form of crypto currencies.four years is a very long time and it is possible.It will be a benchmark event . innovation is japan's forte ,expect more things from them. This is actually kind of hilarious to be honest, it might be a good thing in the future and typically I'm against things like this. Knowing Japan they might be able to make it weird enough that it's actually entertaining, and I guess they do have the user base in Japan to make it worthwhile for them to try something like this.

Between the china and Japanese there is some gap in their purpose, I think the Chinese are more forward about the profit caused by their electricity value is so cheap comparing with japan but the forward just purpose of japan is wanna for implementing the digital currency in their daily life.

I never heard about this zaif exchange, and I`m here for some time, and I`m trying to follow news. Can we trust them? I think I will invest in this coin, this is something that can worth one day, I think they are crazy enough to make something big from this. I don't agree with you there. Bitcoin needs services built on and around it's idea to thrive.

Remember that these projects are launched becaused bitcoin is becoming a large behemoth that is not easily adjusted to impelement new features. The other cryptocurrencies can fill this place, with bitcoin being the backbone of the whole cryptocurrency space.

you are right this could be not the perfect way to go, but i am still in doubt if this is still a good idea. will the popularity and spread knowledge of bitcoin outweight that problem or will it huert bitcoin in the long run.

Japan is indeed really pushing Bitcoin, Blockchain and this whole cryptocurrency stuff with tokenization.
In terms of technology Japan and it's people often have been ahead of the rest of the world.They just love tech!
However in terms of payments they are ver conservative and mostly stick to cash.
It will be very interesting to follow the development over there.
