For the past several hours I've been doing stuff online, and every now and then click my Chrome home page to read the Google news. I just came to this forum to read a few posts and add some value comments  , then departed. I clicked my Chrome home page and this forum's URL was my new home page, not Google News. I know I did nothing to my computer's environment most recently, but obviously something happened for the change. Please advise/look into things.

Actually, that was the first thing that came to mind, but discounted that assessment in lieu of some possible hack in place.

Okay, between your post and this - http://superuser.com/questions/283956/chromes-omnibar-shortcut-f6-vs-alt-d-vs-ctrl-l - I think I know what could've happened. While posting on this forum using the shortcut, I may have hit the wrong key(s) that instructed Chrome to change the Home Page URL to the site I was on, in this case bitcointalk.org.

Is that possible?
