There is no point for a faucet on sport betting sites due to very nature of the game, quite different that Dice.
With sport betting usually minimal bet is 1mBTC or something similar. I doubt that any sportsbook will process dust bet done with 400 satoshi.

Directbet site is the best site for sports betting but they don't have a faucet to collect bitcoins and bet on any games. You should send bitcoins to bet.

Well, im afraid that you won't really find any sports / esports sites with faucet. It is a common thing for dice sites,
but not really for other gambling websites.

Like others I also didn't hear about sport betting site with faucet. You can catch some free bet here and there, but its more like promotion and you don`t have it all the time.
Faucets are for fun, and they are good for checking some site. How it works, place couple low bets, etc. You can`t gamble with faucet, you can`t win nothin with faucet. I tried, so many times.. and its just a waste of time and nerves. You start with some amount and you need to gamble for hours to make a dollar, and to that dollar you get one in 100 times maybe. With dices its funny cause you make that amount for hours, and you lose it in couple seconds, or couple bets.

You don't understand that point of OP what he is asking for, he is looking for sports betting site with faucet not a gambling site with faucet, I also think there is no such a sportsbook with faucet where we can place bet by using only faucet amount.

i only can found 1, but you need to install .tor and if i am not mistaken there are sportbet that give free bet , it is directbet, but i dont really know because i dont try it
