Guideline: There will be two 'lots' based on the second last character of each block. The first lot will include the characters [0-7] and lot two will include [8-f]. The winner is thereby determined by last two characters of a block hash. We will chose 4 consecutive blocks (to be announced once slots are filled up) and we will only play with even blocks this time. If someone gets two in a row, we will wait for the next block with a different last hash combination.

No, that's the price for a single ticket . So you can either pick '[0-7] a' for example (which is 1 ticket), or '[8-f] a' (which is another ticket). There are a total of 32 tickets.

The pictures of the Ometeotl set and Goxxed coins are exemplary (as stated in post), as I didn't want to bother Mitchell at the time to take a picture of mine (since they're untouched anyways). The correct numbers are the ones stated in the prizes, so #33 for Ometeotl and #84 for Goxxed coins.
