Looking for consultant for bulk email sending process.

Hello friends,
I want to learn how to send bulk email just with one click.

Let say, I will create contact list.
Such as Spain, China, Hong Kong, Japan etc etc..
So when I want to send a mail to Spain, I will just click Spain to send all at a time.

Currently I am using gmail for sending mails.

I have a leather export business.
So I frequently send new offers to all of my contact list.

But the problem is I can't send the offers to all contact list at a time.
Because it shows the e-mail id's of all contacts to each other.
That is not good for business, because everybody will know whom I am dealing with.

Now I am sending mails one by one with copy paste. (let say 100-200 a day  )

It would be better to get / learn a free system.

When your sending your email, click the BCC button

and put all your emails on the line after BCC.


BCC stands for blind carbon copy, which sends everyone in the list a copy of the email, without knowing who else got it. The field "To:" doesn't show up people that get the BCC as well. Sites that send newsletters commonly use the BCC option.

Edit: Regarding the different country sending, make an email list like this for each country:

spainemail@idk.website, otherguy@spainmail.com, otherperson@fakemailgenerator.com

and paste it in the BCC section.

I sent mail exactly above way. But the result is as below.

Mail id "A" can't see mail id = "B", mail id = "C" >>>>>> this means the "TO" recipients will not see "bcc" recipients.

But mail id = "B", mail id = "C" can see Mail id "A" >>>>> this means the "bcc" recipients will see "TO" recipients.

So my question is, How to solve it?
Because I don't want anyone to see anyone's mail id's.

You can send an email without putting a recipient on the TO and put all email addresses on BCC only. You can also add several contacts in a group, for example, all contacts from Spain and just type the group name to the BCC to be easier. Hope it helps.

You can send an email to yourself and put others in bcc, so the emails in the bcc will only see your email and not the others. Try it and let me know if it works.

If that $5 is only to give you suggestion than i will suggest you to try using email sending php script for which you need to get mailbox details from your hosting. Email with which you will be sending email will be like support@yourdomain.com and the one who received will not see all the email address where you have sended same emails.

I can work on script which will run when you click and select email address taged as spain when you click send email to spain with your custom text. But for script i need to give few hours atleast so if you want this than PM me we can talk about price.

Don't use the "To:" field at all. Gmail and pretty much everyone supports only BCC sending. Use this:
To:
Bcc: mail id = "A" mail id = "B", mail id = "C"

People who get the email will see a blank To field I believe. If that doesn't work, put your own email (the one your sending with) in the To field.

There's a high possibility that if you get bounce back emails in gmail, ur account might get suspended.

You can import all your contacts by csv, excel etc.

The newsletter templates are easy to use and free (up to 2k subscribers)
Also the newsletter are responsive (mobile ready)

Just to clarify that I said first to send the email to yourself in the TO:, but never mind you can reward whichever you want. I would not leave it blank, you can test it yourself with some emails but leaving it blank is not recommended.

I know about it.
But currently I can't do it.
Because my domain was bought from a stupid company from my country at 2006. A greedy company.
They did not gave us the access to domain & hosting.

At that moment my father dealt with them and my father don't know anything about IT. He is just gooooooooood at leather field.
But when I joined our company at 2008, I talked to them to give the access and they did not agreed to give. They were asking a lot money for this.

So my future plan is to give a hard kick on their ass, so that they cannot sit again.   Sorry!
After I kick them out, I will change my domain and redesign my website, maybe next year.
So this way I will get control of everything and do whatever I want to do.

Things get expensive when the total number of subscribers in all mailchimp list (on the same account) gets increased and if the number of subscribers is very high then OP should move to Amazon SES.

But Darkstar gave the solution first, before you. He explained total process. But he forgot to clarify the "TO" thing.

Bounce back mails is refresh every 24 hours. I think more than 30bounce might get you suspended already. Just be careful because all your files be gone once that happened. Best thing I can suggest is to use outlook(the application not the web-based one) eventhough you don't like it.

Hello Akamit, I'm glad that my suggestion helped you out. No worries for me, I just want to help Regarding with your first question, yes, the recipient sees an empty TO and they might think that way if they aren't expecting that email. For the second question, I think it depends on the user's account. Since sometimes users are making changes on what are the email they are receiving, Gmail somehow recognizes that changes and make some adjustments the next time the user got an email (eg. Automatically put the email in Spam Folder, or on Promotions tab).
