Is this type of pools reserved to bitcoin or you can use it for litecoin, dogecoin, peercoin, whatever coin that exists ?

There are p2pools for litecoin and dogecoin.
Most big coins have a p2pool.

But for special coins there makes p2pool no sense.
example us ethereum: here p2pool is bad, because of the very low blocktime.

P2pool makes a new blockchain with a lower difficulty as original mining coin. So the ethereum p2pool blocktime would be lower then a second, you cannot handle this.

Are there other coins than Ethereum that don't work properly with P2Pool mining ?

How low of a blocktime would make sense?
Like Digibyte is 30 seconds or less.

Also, I'm not familiar with p2pool mining with cryptonote currencies, or bytecoin.
