still hasn't shown up and it's been 30 minutes all the other time it has been like instantaneous.

should i be worried? I got this email

Just read the very long list of complaints on the bitinstant support thread and you will have plenty of company. The good news is is that they do seem to resolve all issues eventually but expect a wait.
