C13 is the most common and easiest to find connector. Yes many computer cords using it are too thin, I've seen some as small as 18ga which is only good for 8 amps. But - the C13 is available with cords up to 16ga rated for 13amps and those are what you need.
Example for North American 110vac http://www.mcmaster.com/#71535k43/=146kylu
or

Yes the C19 plugs/sockets are rated for higher current but are also harder to find.

Personally, when I have trouble finding the right plug/socket combination, I either just get a cord that has one end right (usually the C13) and then go to a hardware store and buy wire it yourself plug to match what I have on the wall to replace the one that is wrong.

These guys have some options: http://www.signalandpower.com/Stocked-Europe-Power-Cords/?gclid=CMGTsabPks8CFYuVfgodptwAPw

EDIT:  Oh I think I see your problem.  The 2mm is referring to the width so something like the European equivalent to American wire gauge.

EDIT2: http://www.cablestogo.com/product/03138/2.5m-14-awg-european-power-cord-cee7-7-to-iec320c13
