Post quality is fair according to btct estimator but it is quite good the last couple of months.

Trust is neutral (I have 1 positive left for a small deal)
Estimated Price: 0.22 but these are low usually.

Signed message would be needed for a hero account sale, surely a bitcoin address has been posted and quoted in the life of the account.

What year was it created in?

I own the staked address and can prove it during escrow to the buyer.

The account is registered in the middle of 2014.

Well it's low in this case since it is a little outdated and the account is potential legendary from as early as next month. . 28 is quite fair.
