I am holding this domain couple years for my project but got shorter domain.
Got couple offers from chinese for 200-300$, but then i thought that i will use this domain for my project.
Now i am planning to travel and selling most of my stuff and investments at low price.

Why would this domain be worth more than a few dollars? Does Berku stand for something an American wouldn't know?

We don't have any more good  pronounceable 5 letter domain names, it's similar to "baidu" china largest search engine, probably that's why chinese contacting with me to buy it.
