Hey,

Do you guys know any service where i can purchase a card (like a credit/debit card or virtual) that i add to Skrill, verify and then withdraw to the card and use the money on card in other websites..

Is that possible?
Do you guys know any website like this or service?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I remember that i have connected my bitcoin debit card in skrill and also have verified it. But haven't withdrawn any funds from skrill to it but i think it will work as they have accepted it as common visa card. Try bitcoin debit cards from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0
however i think i have connected plastic card than virtual but virtual may also work.

If you are not living in US , the best option is to go with wirex https://www.e-coin.io , best option ! to go with, im using it for a while now, and im pretty ok with their service & flexibility of their service
