edited: if i want to put the following into the config file to use with sgminer (nicehash - https://github.com/nicehash/sgminer) ...can anyone help?

Next step for me is to try and work with config files rather than the usual command line, so i was trying to understand all the different values that need to be set for setting up my cards (i keep getting rejects on a lot of apps), and guidelines will be much appreciated:

i have an AMD Radeon™ R7 Graphics (onboard with the 6th Gen AMD PRO A8-8650B APU) http://products.amd.com/en-us/search/APU/AMD-PRO-A-Series-Processors/AMD-PRO-A-Series-A8-APU-for-Desktops/6th-Gen-AMD-PRO-A8-8650B-APU/158 and these are the values on the page (I dont know which is relevant and which is not):
