According to the latest reports, the death toll has crossed 100. I don't believe that this was a mistake. IMO, it was a deliberate act by the Americans, to enable the ISIS to over-run Deir Ezzor. The Islamic State has been trying to seize this besieged city for more than one year now, and till now they have failed in their attempts. And now the Americans are bombing the same people who are defending the city against the ISIS barbarians. And just a few hours later, the ISIS launches an attack and captures a few of the strategically located checkposts. Seems like perfect ISIS-NATO ground coordination to me.

It is not a surprise actually. The Americans and their allies in the middle east (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel, and Turkey) want to topple Bashar al Assad in any possible way.
