I have some questions the cards you are selling for they come with control panel or just the cards and what's there expire are the cards reloadable or not plz provide these details and you accept escrow right???

I accept escrow, there is no control panel for vcc, you only receive the control panel when you order a debit card, they expire after 3 years, these cards are reloadable. |

can vcc be used for verification purposes, if yes how will we know charge/description on it without control panel? also is expiry of vcc same i.e 3 years ? lasty price for vcc ?
