OP is a newbie and his price is to good to be true for phone verification much better if OP use and escrow  so that there's no worries about the deal. And OP if you don't need the phone verification anymore you can post here that you have to deal with already and I guess you must lock also this thread to avoid from signature spamming. Thanks.
