I appreciate the value this start-menu replacement offers but..
For me personally there is a lot more stuff i would want to modify on Windows.
Over the years i have built up a large collection of mod's i made that change how Win 7 looks & works.
For me to do what i do now on 7 would be far more work with Win 8 or Win 10.
Then comparing what NEW benefits i would get for the added hassle i see little.
As a matter of fact i see draw backs.
Such as forced updates.. Telemetry spying and lots of crap i will NEVER EVER use
such as the start screen bs i don't want running.
Also the main purpose this computer has i am typing on now is a Media Center hooked up to my TV.
And Media Center is not even available for Windows 10.
That reason alone is enough to make it impossible for me to update to Win 10.
Start menu replacements are an option that are cool in my books though.
Use what ya all want.. i will
Windows 7 will be the very last Microsoft product of any kind i ever use again.
I am disgusted with every thing they have done in the last close to 20 years.
I thought this was going to be about stuff like 7 Transformation pack etc
There is a lot more than a start menu to make it look like XP or 7 etc.
Like the Wallpaper LOL
