Once you send bitcoin there isn't a way to get it back unless the receiver gives it back.

How many days passed since you contacted BitPanda support?

What happened is probably you send bitcoin with very low transaction fee, it could be stuck for some time and then either will be confirmed at some later date or BTC will return to your wallet.
If transaction will be confirmed then whoever received your coins is owning them now. So the only way to receive it back is ask for a refund.
I am not sure if you sent coins to your account on Bitpanda and you will have access to it once BTC will be confirmed or you sent it somewhere else (as I am not familiar with that service).

right now the transaction, which i did last night, is "pending". theres no blockchain entry yet. it says in my client  its "seen by 1 peer, unconfirmed"

the support now wrote me an email, just stating that theres nothing received - which is right.

What bitcoin wallet client are you using ? If it's Multibit or MultibitHD , lately there have been some issues with them as transaction stuck in unconfirmed for a lot of time.

I personally use coinimal(Bitpanda) to sell my bitcoins and so far only hassle free transactions. One time I tried a Send from option from a single wallet from electrum and the Bitpanda processing bitcoin gateway did not recognize it. I send them the transaction with a lot of confirmations after 1 hour and the money arrived instantly. Support even sent me a message saying they hope I was satisfied from their service and of course I was.

Check that your transaction has at least 1 or 2 confirmations and send the support of Bitpanda transaction id, they will give you the corresponding amount of money. Bitcoin cannot be charged back.

You may try to double spend your bitcoins with your another own bitcoin address but this time with higher fees.

We do need to check the required transaction fees time to time, otherwise we may get struck like this. I use https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC for checking optimal transaction fees.

so i have no idea what to do. is it possible that the problem is, that i just  wired the exact  btc ammount without any fees? so could these fees possibly be the reason for  the problem?

If the transaction is confirmed you need to send a support ticket to bitpanda and they will sort it out for you I am sure. I don't think the fees are the problem and I suggest you for the time being change to electrum as your bitcoin wallet.

But I heard bitpanda is not a reliable company to be doing business with.

I just sold bitcoin worth 37 EUR yesterday to bitpanda and received money on my Skrill account after transaction had 2 confirmations so I can confirm I am still not having any trouble with this service. Remember that this service is located in Austria and it works only for Europe residents.

First of all you are telling that "you made a mistake and tried to sell before actually load my balance at bitpanda", now the question is without loading the balance how can you sell it. Their should be balance in your bitcoin account in bitpanda then only the transaction will start.

here you are telling that you sent directly to the given address, here when you sent did you sent with the transaction fees or not. if you have sent through transaction fees then nothing can be done, if it is with zero transaction fees then you have to wait till it gets cancelled and refunded to your wallet if no miner is ready to honor your transaction.

apart from this you have to give the transaction id so that we can check whether it got confirmed or not.
