We can say price is stable. This is what I call stable price, I remember there was days where difference between high and low was more then 20 dollars.
TODAY'S OPEN $608.53
TODAY'S HIGH $608.72
TODAY'S LOW $606.31
This is a good thing for bitcoin economy, from time to time bitcoin need to show its stable and strong, that will attract more people to invest in it, and people will have more trust to put their money in this new currency.
We need more time to call it stable. It is just a few weeks that the price is dangling around this mark. If we see this for at least 1 month more it will show we have find a steady and stable price. But knowing bitcoin, this may be very hard to say the least. yes it is right to say, as we can observe that the price of bitcoin now trading so stable for some time and then it goes up or fell down to some value. but this time as the price of bitcoin is stuck just above 600 so we can expect that the price of bitcoin will go up and will reach to 1000 USD. |

It's hard for bitcoin to go up in value if the amount of transactions per second can't go higher than it is now because we are hitting an arbitrary limit that was put in place 6 years ago, presumably as an anti-spam measure.
Has the internet price and the hard drive price not been reduces in the past 6 years, so that it is necessary to keep the 1MB limit?
Has the average block size not increased the past 6 years, so that more space is required?
I think we all know the answers to these questions.

Big players have done their accumulation at the time the price was considerably lower than today's price. I guess your name says it all. All i can say is anyone buying bitcoin is a fool. ETH is rapidly taking over the entyre crypto economy and even banks are now integrating it into their systems. I suspect it to overtake BTC before the end of the year. It's basically doing everything we all wished for but was never realized by the community and devs. We just witnessed another massive move into ETH out id BTC. 2% of the entire btc economy just got transfered to a better system in mere minutes! |

We had plenty of periods in the history of bitcoin when price was stable. It is nothing new.
People assume naturally that bitcoin price must be volatile and and now after a brief moment of stability when value of btc is stagnant they panic.
This is mostly wishful thinking on the part of traders, who of course want a volatile market. It's not surprising to see that here, considering that this is the Speculation sub-forum. Bitcoin devotees tend to want a more stable price as they feel it's better in the long run. We "holders" (I prefer to call myself a saver) want it both ways. We want a steady upward price rise to see our savings grow, but with just enough volatility to create buyable dips. I dont think the price of the bitcoin is stuck and that is only because the price is only rising after the end of this year and when the price drops you all know that is not the time to sell. |

I think it is good if the price is stuck and does not decrease. when I look at the graph of bitcoin, it will increase in the next few weeks, perhaps more precisely between october and november.
Obviously It shows some stability in price chart of the bitcoin. As you mentioned even I am sure that price will be increase on the coming November to January due to Christmas holidays. I think most of the people will utilise that time sell it out. I try to take this kind of advantage since bitcoin value quite stable at the moment. Last week I can made 0.05 profit , thanks for that. By the way it's not too late to buy and keep hold bitcoin since it definitely will increase higher than today on the future today bitcoin has decreased and this was really nice to catch a cheap price. I still have great confidence that prices will rise. just wait and be patient. do not panic when prices are falling, but it is good to buy  |

yes it was really looking so but now as you can that the price is increasing day by day. and has reached to 640$ round about, it is also expecting that the price of bitcoin can really cross 1000USD level very soon.

actual current bitcoin prices go up and down, although still small, but bitcoin slowly moving again, and I think it will move in a favorable direction. I think traders have started to glance back for the price of bitcoin bitcoin is now no longer trapped. Well, this might be an excellent purchase until the end of 2016

Well, anything can happen between the price now and the $800 you are talking about. I hope the price establishes a solid support first, before attempting to break the $700 price. The price right now is still having a hard time maintaining an average value because there is still a slight pull at the lower $630 levels. |

The end of the year is well known for having a price increase. Tensions in Syria have convinced many of us to just go and find a refugee in any other currency but the global ones like Gold and Bitcoin. They're safe for now, but of course Gold is safer than Bitcoin is because it can be used anytime and anywhere in case of a crisis. I expect a high price too, the top of the year until January. |

Bitcoins price is stuck for how many months though but as we all witness now that bitcoins price as of now is starting to climb up and even hitting again the $640 mark which is really a good sign that bitcoins adoption is starting up to move again which could really affect the bitcoins price.

I wonder does op still think that price is stuck after this pretty increase? This is again just another proof how much bitcoin is not stable, we can see price 50 dollars up or down in just few days.
For us little holders it's not much maybe, but can you imagine people with 100 bitcoins? It's 5 000 $! With 1000 bitcoins? It's 50 000 $!!!! That is just wow when you start to thing about big numbers.

The price of the bitcoin is neverstuck he is still at the 600 dollar but i dont think he is stuck you have to be happy thath the price of the bitcoin is not going to drop that
much than you wil not be happy.

i dont think that the price of ht ebitcoin is dead becuasse some times you will see the price of hte bitcoin rise if you take a look at the price of thje bitcoin off coursse but most of the peopel dont do that.

Bitcoin price has come in a moment where for more than 2 weeks now is sitting in the area of 610 USD +- 10 USD most of the time. Why has the price stopped moving up or down ? Bitcoin is well known for its instability and being very unstable but now things for me are starting to look different. I was reading bitcoin related news in clear and also deep web but could not find anything that can make the price of Bitcoin go up or down.
Any ideas why the price is stuck for more than 2 weeks now ?
Bitcoin price really don't stucked up well it's actually growing up and there times that bitcoin decrease but not long time most of the time bitcoin back the price into much more higher price. Maybe if bitcoin stopped moving up or down bitcoin may not on the demand. |
