Definitely, if you want to turn this thread into an auction I would rename the title of the OP with [AUCTION] instead of [WTS] and update the OP verbiage as needed.

Are auctions permitted here?

You can post auctions in the dedicated auctions section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=73.0

You can also post them in the collectibles section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0

The difference is that comments/bids in the auction section cannot be altered / edited.
