firstly there have been  a lot of games in btc world ,like dice dustabit and etc including your metioned blockchain game. they are all good and fair provable.( I am a player at the same time )

but there is also a very simple but important problem ,you can not bet bigger. because if you win a huge bet, the site lose at the same , that makes trust weak ,even they run with good engineer well-look site design.

in other words , the site's profit is not simply from the house edge. that's too risky.(your connetion delayed with accidence )
