Yeah, this is a bit unexpected. Was just about to recommend people Tradehill as an alternative to MtGox, then this happens.

Yeah basic service management.  Explain the problem to us and give us a realistic time to fix.  The black hole of not knowing is the biggest problem.  Not impressed...
