The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I do not know about unocoin but purse give 15-20% discount .unocoin started a amazon voucher exchange service?

The discounts range from 15-20% on each other that you make. Purse generally was providing this offer by default to all its users, basically people who have Amazon gift cards tied to their accounts cannot get them back as cash by refunding, so those become illiquid. Thus you'll find that many such users are willing to buy you stuff with their existing amazon balances in exchange for Bitcoins.
