send btc  0.001+btc  to the address above.

if your first character of your tx hash is from 01234567  (not 89abcdef) you will get your btc doubled, if 89abcdef,you lose

I will cover the miner fee. Smiley

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I mean a player could cheat you by only broadcasting transactions that start with the winning numbers.

Actually there is.
I can sign transactions and not broadcast them in case they would be losing ones, only broadcast my winning transactions and cheat you that way.

You're thinking about blocks and the hashes of those, that's got very little to do with transactions and transaction hashes.
A transaction ID (/transaction hash) stays the same, no matter in which block it gets included.

I haven't been paid. https://blockchain.info/tx/6574eae57d3edc1028e48430840e2efba48e58e552c05e2cde5307c3ccf0d698

Starts with a 6, so I should get 0.04BTC sent to my address, but I haven't gotten anything.

taking a break - expect delayed responses

I believe that this was halted, as OP found out that the system was cheatable. However, OP should refund your money, the original 0.02. Maybe try sending him a PM and see if he is able to help.

hello sorry for later reply , I am just finding if there anyway to cheat me , and so far no result

I start a tech topic here , you can have a look, someguys says you can know the txid before you broadcast

but in my test I use coinb.in offline and find the txid changed .  it is different from signrawtransaction to broadcastrawtransaction.

and for you my friend ,if I find there is no way to cheat on me I will give you 0.04,  if not I will return back your 0.02 ,

or you can change to play this game https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1621376.0  this game can not be cheated and I can not cheat you too.if so please choose girl or boy for your 0.02btc
