It seems the campaign payment manager has not been online for almost a week, and its been 10 days. I need someone to take over.

I agree why not choose Avirunes as he is the one who is now managing your signature campaign. So that you don't have to look for others and don't have to spend another fund for paying a new campaign manager for your twitter/facebook campaign. Why you need campaign manager replacement? Is your signature campaign going to close?
