I disagree with this kind of thinking. It is not only trying to create hype but it is also ignoring one key rule in trading. Always look for a bargain and always protect your money. The present price should not be thought of as "cheap" or "expensive" now but rather start thinking of how you can get Bitcoin at a much better price than what is offered now. It would be an irresponsible thing to say "buy now! buy now!" to the people who do not know any better, only for them to find out that it might be a wrong move. Also do we even know if it will pass $1000 in the near future?

if you think theyre too expensive at 600 ,thats your perogative but you  wait for a dip that may never come

Price is moving up and down everyday creating good profit opputunity if you want to do day trading. Grab few bitcoin and sell them after sometime for small profit per bitcoin and if you can have like 10 bitcoin and more you will be earning good amout daily on every price swing.

Indeed good time to buy is hard to say in a thread cause sometimes the prices change for only a few hours.
Try to find those soft spots where the prices drop for a few hrs and they raise back up theres always a pattern.

You could still not  guarantee that bitcoin price would somehow crash these  upcoming days or months  . No one really knows , as of todays price is  quite high compared  to   previous weeks  you  have a point we should  wait atleast some days   before we  buy  bitcoin  and  we  must sure to buy  the lowest possible to be profitable.

actually that know when a good time to buy is our own. as a trader of course we have learned a lot of experience doing the trade in the past. for example: the current bitcoin price $603 so i was you would waiting buy when the price down to below $600.

I am in it for the long haul because I support the movement and I also believe that cryptocurrencies are the future. Do not get me wrong but the moment we all see that Bitcoin is on its way down I will not hesitate to protect myself and hold some other coin as my "main coin". So I am not all too much hyped on Bitcoin as you are.

If you think Bitcoin will go to $3000 - $5000 then that will be a very long wait. Bitcoin reached and went over $1000 only because of a bot artificially pushing the price up on a constant basis. So in knowing that, there will still be a lot of time to get in and we can still wait for a better price to get into. Getting in a better price would also mean that I could get more Bitcoins for the amount I am willing to spend than blindly getting in at any price like most of the people recommend and do here.

I suppose 600$ is too much to buy BTC. It was less than that about two months ago, so I think it will bacome lower in price again. Better wait for it to drop to 500$ at least. Maybe it is going to take a lot of time, this waiting, but not more than 4 years (next halving). Good luck!

Buy after a big dump fest, that's the best time to buy for me. Check the charts after bitfinex hack. You could have made a fortune out of this. When nobody wants something, that's time when you should buy. You take a bit of risk but no big deal. Bitcoin was 200$ and everyone said that it is dead. Look what happened after.

Everytime you are not buying Bitcoin you are making a big mistake long term. I have been buying Bitcoin every month since it was 150 dollars at the January 2015 bottom and I have been making only green gains. You can never go wrong long term if you buy every month, I dont care if it takes 1 or 10 years, you always make gains.

Indeed the longer you wait with buying bitcoin the more the prices will raise ofcourse so best time to buy is always ASAP.
Although sometimes the prices have a dip you could wait for that dip to happen but if it doesn't happen you wasted alot of money.

Yeah but that doesn't work cause you'll lose anyways with such a small profit cause fees cost money too.
Best is to keep them for long and sell when profit is atleast 100$ per coin but I'd keep for as long as possible though.

If you are trading with small amounts, then the profits are small too, but if you have hundreds or thousands of coins, and buy and sell with 1% profit several times a day, then it's of course a nice thing. That being said, whale traders that generate high volumes are rewarded with lower fees, and thus it means more profit for them.

I believe this is a good to time to add some into your portfoilio. Try to buy some bitcoin every month irrespective of the price. Because timing bitcoin is very hard. The price can change at any time. Volatility is high. This is a good move if you are a long term investor.

For traders, It would be harder to take the calls. You can use some technical analysis and Price Action trading methods to have an upper hand.
