You are advised to stay cautious, if made a chargeback by the party who has paypal, the only thing you will be left with is repenting . Even receiving as gift card can not help you out. Try to ask op to send with some message as confirmation which will help you win the case, just in case !

No I have not yet.
Will give him the benefit of the doubt since he has not logged in yet from the last pm that I sent him regarding this trade that is still pending on his end.
But yes now out of 0.1025btc that I could of done something else with during the last 49+hours that i sent it.
