Ok,
I am iulian i have a red trust ofc i know do not say that one million times.
I kinda need 0.06 at least repayment on monday but via western union at the equivalent of how much do u send to me ( i pay taxes) or even bitcoin whatever you prefer.
I need for my university today at 5 pm gmt+2 i need to pay this ammount to enroll.
What i can come as collateral: a paypal account with 45 usd but blocked , i do not have an another credit card to unlock the limits and another 4 accounts made arround 2011 and 2012.
Ofc this account too even if my trust is on red but it is still a senior member.
I knew i ve made a millions times request and everytime i was not accepted but now I hope this it will be enough.

PayPal accounts are not valid as collateral because you can easy get them back, and if you do not offer a valid collateral why you even open the request, you know it better, so just close it till you offer something valid!

email of them, papers legally for them i do not use them anymore. But is the only thing that i kind have. I need equivalent of 25 euros. |

Blocked paypal is useless bro. The lender will have nothing to do with it once you default.
Also you are asking a loan in btc so why don't you pay with btc. You want to pay via western union which will require effort for the lender to convert it to btc again.
And your negative feedback says that you are an scammer with an alt here. Why not just ask a relative or a friend for a short loan since it is for your university. I'm sure they will find way to give you something.

I know this feeling. Trying for this for a kind of days. I made an ammount but this is the last try... My parents send me money but I am blocked at western union since too many transactions in a year and just on monday i can pick them up. If they can make a virtual credit card they can take the money and use the accounts whatever they want. In any cases my personal account i still want it back so ... if anyone is intersting i checked and with taxes of withdraw in cash i need 0.048 btc. |

IIRC that is not how it works. You will need documents similar to the name registered on the account to remove the limit in it. In any cases my personal account i still want it back so ...
Ifyou believe it just need the virtual card you would've did it yourself since you said it is your personal account but you didn't. Sorry bro but it is impossible to get a loan with a reputation you have and the collateral you are offering. |

Does not look good, but I am not judging. The next issue, from a lenders point of view, is that a WU transfer will cost you 1/2 of what you are borrowing. You might be wise to lock this thread, for no one will be lending to you i they want their money back. Sorry for the bad news, I just tell it as it is.

dude is 5 euros the commission ... i dont know what should i say... i could even pay back in bitcoins... i have only 1 and 15 minutes left thats good I can only wish you the best of luck. There are not many lenders on here who give no collateral loans (now that I do not, that is one less than the small number before); however, you might want to post some sort of valid collateral in order to get this loan in the time frame you are looking. |

By time he is sone doing all of this, he could have taken the laptop he is on to a pawnshop for lower interest rate and could have got it back faster since he wanted to WU the payment. |

Well, such loan requests sometimes seem to convince me but then as we all know, people start new ways to scam others. Why don't you ask money from your friends in college or family members then ? Since asking a BTC loan for needing money in real life does not makes sense to me.
