Do you even already have a plan where to start the faucet from?
You need a collateral to get a loan. Stating that you will use it to build a faucet will not simply get you any lender to be interested in lending you.

OP - You can spend your money where you want to, but running a faucet and only starting with a loan of .1 is a recipe for failure.  You might want to research more as to what others have done, for there are faucets that are up for 3 days and fail of the are lucky to get those three days!!  Good luck though.

To get to your loan request, no one will be lending to you without proper collateral worth at least .12 or higher.  Good luck.
